Bristol, August, Anyone?!?

Hello!

I have been really lucky and received a call inviting me to audition on Friday 13th Aug in the afternoon and trying to decide whether to drive or get the train-can anyone that has been through the process help me out, please!!

hi Dmc! Im going to Bristol from Worcestershire way and I decided to get the train because its alot cheaper! The journey is going to cost roughly £12.00 return! using the car would probably cost over twenty squid (170 miles) ! plus you have to park it for five hours
those were my thoughts anyway

hehe sunshine so true! im a terrible driver ( roundabouts are not my forte) so id rather leave the stress to the train as you say

OK Amy. First do wear something casual and comfortable for it might be a long day. And you do have the journey too. The train is best. You can relax and read a magazine then, or think about what you are going to say in your audition. But whatever happens I can assure you you will be fine. The DOND team are great and will keep you calm and happy. They know what they are doing. And you'll have fun chatting to some of the other 'audionees' there too.

I am going to Bristol on 12th August and am in the 8.30 session.... can't wait!!

By the time the day comes mind you i will be probably mistaken for a vampire i will be so white and petrified!

and i really did not swear then! I merely mentioned another word for 'meeting' !! :shock:

I applied for the show last December and also got a voicemail last Friday.

My partner is off work that week so will run me up there as i will probably be too dangerous behind a wheel !!!
